The service
Calendar to Timesheet turns calendar files you provide into timesheets. It runs in your browser. You can use the free plan without an account. Calendar to Timesheet is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Your responsibility for timesheets
You are responsible for checking every timesheet before you send it, including which events are included, hours, rounding, rates, currency and totals. The tool works from the data in your calendar and cannot know whether time was actually billable. Nothing on this site is tax, accounting or legal advice.
Free plan
The free plan includes one client per timesheet, CSV export and PDF export with a small "Made with Calendar to Timesheet" footer. We may change the free plan, and we will describe it on the home page before you upload a file.
Pro subscription
- Pro costs $48/year plus any tax shown at checkout. It renews automatically every year until you cancel.
- Payment is handled by Polar, which acts as merchant of record. Your receipt and invoices come from Polar.
- A license key is issued after payment. It can be active in up to 3 browsers at the same time.
- You can cancel any time in Manage subscription. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the year you have paid for, and then the license stops working. You will not be charged again.
- If a renewal payment fails, Pro may stop working until the payment is resolved.
- If we change the price, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you in advance by email.
Refunds and billing problems
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment or annual renewal by emailing[email protected].
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to share license keys publicly, bypass the license check, or disrupt the service.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error free or always available. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the twelve months before the claim.
